FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask before working with The Growth Desk.
- What happens if a channel underperforms?
- Every recommendation gets tied to a number specifically so underperformance is easy to spot. We'd rather adjust the plan than keep billing for something that isn't working.
- What does onboarding look like?
- Most of what we learn in week one reshapes at least part of the initial plan. That research phase usually takes two to three weeks depending on the channel.
- What happens to my accounts if we part ways?
- We document account access clearly so there's no confusion if the relationship ever ends. If we ever part ways, you keep everything, full stop.
- Can I cancel if it's not working?
- We'd rather earn the renewal every month than lock it in up front. We track this from the client side too, not just ours.
- I already have an agency — can you just review what they're doing?
- Yes — a standalone audit is a common starting point, no strings attached. We'd rather give you a useful answer than a hard sell either way.
- How is pricing structured?
- We scope every engagement individually rather than selling a fixed package. You can see typical ranges on our pricing page, though your actual quote may land differently.
- What size clients do you usually work with?
- If we're not the right fit, we'll usually be able to point you toward what would be. We scope engagements individually rather than assuming a fixed minimum.
